Let's Get Fit at Sunrise Mall

Sunrise Mall in partnership with Valley Regional Medical Center (VRMC), is proud to offer "Let's Get Fit", a community health program that encourages health and wellness through activities like mall walking, exercise classes, and sessions with VRMC doctors.

Weekly Exercise Classes:

Tai Chi: Mondays | 9:15am | Food Court

Chair Aerobics : Tuesdays & Thursdays| 9:15am | Food Court

Line Dancing: Wednesdays | 9:15am | near Dick's Sporting Goods (location change for holiday season)

Enjoy the walking track that starts at the Food Court entrance near Cinemark and takes you through the entire center concluding again near the Food Court, about one mile. Scan QR code on the Let's Get Fit signage around the center and opt in for our text program to receive updates on events and more.
